Prep & Aftercare
If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment, we will no longer be able to
tan you and we’ll have to reschedule!
If you choose not to reschedule, a fee will be charged that is equivalent to the appointment cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Cancellations/Reschedules made after the 24 hour period will be charged a fee equivalent to the appointment cost.
If you do not show up to your appointment without giving any warning, it will be considered a No-Show. No-Shows will be charged a fee equivalent to the appointment cost.
To help keep appointments smooth, safe, and relaxing for everyone, we kindly ask that children 3 and under do not attend appointments. We completely understand that things come up, and if you do need to bring a child, we ask that they are age 4 or older, able to remain seated, and come with something to keep them quietly occupied during your service. As we are in a building with other businesses, we’re not able to accommodate disruptions! If this affects your appointment, we totally understand - please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule so you can avoid the late reschedule/cancellation fee.
Your physical and mental health are important to us! Please let us know if you are not feeling well and we will accommodate as much as possible!
